How long does the delivery take, and how much does it cost?

We always indicate the expected delivery times next to each product, and we update them periodically to provide accurate information.  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your order and see the progress with the courier.

Standard shipping fees are $6.99.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders shipped to the United States are dispatched from our US warehouse in Tennessee. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.

My order has not arrived within the specified delivery time. What can I do?

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please check the tracking link first. Perhaps your package was delivered to your local post office or to a neighbor. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not been updated within 2 business days, please contact us at contact@truovix.com.

Which states do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 states, which does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories. In addition, we do not ship to any military bases (outside the contiguous USA), 

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time. However, we are working on expanding our shipping destinations, so hopefully in the near future we will!
