Can I make changes to my order?

After you have placed your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add or remove something to or from it. If you want to order additional products, it would be best to simply place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it, as the information is immediately forwarded to our warehouse for processing. If this is the case, and you no longer wish to receive your order, we recommend refusing the order while it is in transit or when it arrives. That way, the carrier returns it back to our warehouse, and you will be automatically refunded.

I accidentally added the wrong address, can I change it?

Once the order has been placed, we can no longer make any changes to it, as the details are immediately forwarded to our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In this case, we recommend contacting the shipping partner directly to redirect your package.

I have not received an order or shipping confirmation, what can I do?

Have you already checked if this email landed in your spam folder? If this is not the case, feel free to contact us, and we will resend your order and/or shipping confirmation to you.

I have not received my order, what can I do?

If you are still waiting beyond the stated shipping times for your order, please contact us at contact@truovix.com with your order number. Once we receive your message, we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

My order was damaged / incomplete, what can I do?

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us at contact@truovix.com with pictures of everything you have received and of the damages. Once we receive your message, we will be happy to find a solution for you.

How do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should receive the invoice for your order via email as soon as your order is shipped.

If you have not received it, please contact us so that we can send you your invoice.
